Guild Meeting and Summer Picnic: July 19, 2018
The Guild Summer Picnic hosted at Fine Gelfand's home in Greenbank - July 19, 2018 - 10:00am
Sale begins at 9:30am.
Our Guild Summer Picnic (and short meeting)
on 19 July 2018 at 10 am will be hosted at Fine Gelfand’s in Greenbank (see directions below).
Please bring a dish to share, a portable chair if you have one, a hat in case of sunshine and a warm jacket in case of fog. Drinks and utensils are provided.
Fine is also preparing a huge fiber sale just for you. Doors open at 9:30 am for that. Cash or check. Fine is selling large amounts of coned, dyable yarns as well as skeins and odds and ends at ridiculous prices by the pound.
Yarns: wool, silk, cotton, linen, rayon, mixed fibers, techno yarns, knitting yarns.
Equipment:
rigid heddle loom: 23 ½” weaving width, Tekoteko, made in New Zealand
Large warping mill
Fashion fabrics, acrylic fleece and FREE STUFF!!!
Please invite textile enthusiast outside the guild to come to the sale with you or after the meeting at 2-5 pm

From the North:
Hwy 525 to Greenbank Farm, take a right on Smugglers Cove Rd., after about 3 miles, take a right on Westcliff, the entrance to Lagoon Point neighborhood. Immediate Right onto Marine View Dr., 12th house on the water side, large trees in front.
From the South:
Hwy 525 to 1 mile N of Freeland, turn left onto Bush Point Rd which turns into Smugglers Cove Rd. 1-1/2 m N of South Whidbey State Park turn left on Westcliff, the entrance to Lagoon Point neighborhood. Immediate Right onto Marine View Dr., 12th house on the water side, large trees in front.
