Whidbey Women + Art is a fundraising event for Soroptimist showcasing Women Artists giving them an opportunity to show and sell their work. ​​

• ​Applications Open March 1st and will remain open until all spaces are filled. 

• There is no fee to apply

• Applications will be reviewed as they are received. 

• Artists who apply by March 31st will be notified of acceptance by April 30th. 

• Registration Packet will be included with your acceptance email.

• Your space is guaranteed for 10 days after acceptance.

• Participation fees and a completed Registration Packet are due upon receipt of your acceptance email. If not received within 10 days of acceptance, your space may be released.

2025 Booth Layout ​

During the online application process, you will be required to submit five photographs; four of your handcrafted work and one booth/table image. Artists are evaluated for their originality and quality of their work. Consider submitting photos which show a wide range of your work that are high quality, clear photographic representation.
