Booth Space Preferences

Whidbey Women + Art is a fundraising event for Soroptimist showcasing Women Artists giving them an opportunity to show and sell their work. ​​

  • ​Applications Open MARCH 1st 

  • There is no fee to apply.

  • Applications received by MARCH 31st will be reviewed at our April committee meeting and notified of acceptance by APRIL 30th

  • Applications received after March 31st will be reviewed as space is available and notified within 30 days of acceptance.

  • Accepted Artists will receive a Registration Packet via email to be printed and mailed with a check for the participation fee. 

  • Your space is guaranteed for 10 days after acceptance.

  • Participation fee and a completed Registration Packet are due upon receipt of your acceptance email. If not received within 10 days of acceptance, your space may be released.​

2026 Booth Layout ​

​

During the online application process, you will be required to submit five photographs; four of your handcrafted work and one booth/table image. Artists are evaluated for their originality and quality of their work. Consider submitting photos which show a wide range of your work that are high quality, clear photographic representation.
